• Voluntary changes before departure are allowed without an additional fee.

• Downgrade (moving to a lower fare level/fare family) is not allowed. 

• Voluntary ticket refund 

• Voluntary refunds of a completely unused ticket are allowed without any additional penalty. 

• For partially used tickets, the difference between the paid fare and the fare for the actual completed portion of the route is refunded. 

• Unused airport fees must be refunded to the passengers. 

• YR-Service fee is refundable. 

• Exchange or refund for no-show (less than one hour before departure) 

• Exchange: 8000 KZT per fare component. 

• Refund: 8000 KZT per fare component. 

• Name/surname correction: Free of charge (if the meaning is not changed).

• Child discounts: 

• A 50% child discount on the fare applies to passengers aged 2 to 11 years on international routes. 

• A 50% child discount on the fare applies to passengers aged 2 to 14 years on domestic routes. 

• Infant discounts 

• A ticket for an infant under 2 years old without a separate seat is free of charge (100% discount). 

• A ticket for an infant under 2 years old with a separate seat has a 50% discount from the used fare.
