Group booking
For passenger groups of 10 or more adults traveling together, our airline offers special fares across our entire route network, except for subsidized routes.
How to request a group fare
Please email a brief request to info@vietjetqazaqstan.kz including the following trip details:
- number of passengers (adults and children with ages);
- departure airport and date;
- arrival airport and date;
- checked baggage required or not;
- applicant’s first and last name, agency or company name, contact phone and/or email;
- purpose of travel.
Group travel conditions:
Minimum number of passengers - 10 adults;
Route changes - not allowed;
Date changes - allowed with a penalty;
Passenger replacement - possible upon agreement.
Domestic flights: children aged 2–14 years — 50% of the fare, under 2 years — 100% of the fare (without a seat);
International flights: children aged 2–11 years — 50% of the fare, under 2 years — 100% of the fare (without a seat).
*Two children count as one adult.
