Cases of payment refusal:

You can pay for tickets booked on www.vietjetqazaqstan.kz or in the Vietjetqazaqstan mobile app via the Kaspi.kz app using your Kaspi Gold card.

For this purpose, after completing your booking, select Kaspi.kz as your payment method and scan the QR code to access the Kaspi.kz app.

When paying for an order with a bank card, the payment is processed (including entering the card number) on a secure page of the processing system, which has passed international certification. In case of a refund, the funds are returned to the same card from which the payment was made.
